What is Alzheimer's Disease?
Alzheimer's Disease is the most common cause of dementia, which causes memory loss and other cognitive abilities. It is a progressive disease and late-stages of Alzheimer's causes the inability to carry on a conversation and responds to the environment.

There is no known cure for Alzheimer's Disease; however, physical activity and exercise can delay onset of this condition. While regular practice of walking can improve cognition, strength training can improve motor functioning and reduce risk of developing Alzheimer's Disease.

What is Osteoarthritis?
Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis. It occurs when the cartilage at the ends of the bones wears down overtime. This disorder mostly affects the joints in the hands, knees, hips, and the spine. Around 30% of people of the ages of 63-94 years old are affected by osteoarthritis of the knee, specifically.

What is Parkinson's Disease
Parkinson's disease(PD) is characterized as a progressive neurodegenerative disease with no known cure. The primary pathology of PD is loss of substantia nigra pars compacta neurons accompanied by loss of striatal dopamine.
